Hey darl,

I was thinking about you so stumbled onto your site.. I just checked out some of your pics. You look gorgeous by the way! This is a bit unrelated but I love the music on Ainslie's website. Do you know who that is?

Hope to see you soon.

Love Lin xo

Start swimming - easy on the joints and great all over workout (plus you get a warm shower at the end)!

Also, make exercise a fixed point in your daily calendar that other activities HAVE to work around. People will soon get used to not trying to get a hold of you during whenever your regular exercise time is ("Sorry, I'm already busy at that time").

I think there are 2 main reasons people start their own businesses:

1. Because they have passion, drive and ambition and feel that they will never be able to reach their true potential if they are restricted by upper management and corporate politics... or

2. Because they have a volatile personality that simply doesn't work well with others.

People who go into business for the wrong reasons (ie. being so much of a tosser that you simply can't work with anyone else) will never succeed - which probably works best for them, otherwise they wouldn't have anything to complain about.
